Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Cochin (Kochi)
Arrive Cochin and the representative
will meet and thereafter transfer to
hotel for check in. Afternoon
sightseeing of Cochin to cover
Chinese Fishing Nets, Jewish
Synagogue, Mattancherry Palace
etc.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 : Munnar
In the morning depart for Munnar
enjoying the scenic beauty & the
marvelous waterfalls, high mountains
with the low flying clouds passing by.
Arrive Munnar and check in at hotel.
In the evening you can go for sight
seeing of Munnar and witness
tea gardens spread like a green
carpet over hundreds of kilometers,
lush green hills, a place so difficult
to describe, very low population too
far from pollution, most of the
covered by Tata tea.

Day 03 : Munnar
Today you can go for sightseeing
Munnar which includes the Raja Malai,
a top peak of Munnar where you can see
Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty
dam, Indo Swiss project, you can also
enjoy boating in the Lake
(optional).
Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 : Thekkady
Continue to Thekkady the famous wild
life sanctuary of South India. On
arrival check in at hotel. Periyar
wildlife sanctuary, home to
nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar,
deer, the great Indian tiger and more.
Evening go for boat cruise in the
lake to watch wild animals.
Overnight at Resort.
Day 05 : Thekkady
Go to see the rare species of plants
and animals. Afternoon visit spice
plantations like cardamom,
cinnamon, pepper, coffee, tea estates
etc. on your way back to the hotel,
you could stop at the local market and
pick up some fragrant spices.

Day 06 : Kumarakom
Morning proceed to Kumarakom
which has a panoramic backwater
stretches, lush paddy fields,
highlands and extensive rubber
plantations.

Day 07 : Trivandrum
Morning drive to Trivandrum. Afternoon
you can go for sight seeing of
Trivandrum, which includes the Sri
Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and
Kuthiramalika Palace. And Veli lagoon.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 : Departure
Morning after breakfast transfer to
Airport or Railway Station for the
onward Journey
